Conditions for handing over the vessel to the crew:
- Minimum two full adults (see Terms and Conditions Article II).
- payment of a refundable deposit in cash (CZK or EUR)
- payment of the charter fee
- no skipper's test or licence required

Boarding:
- Friday at 11.00h if the booking is for a long weekend (Friday-Sunday)
- Friday at 11.00h if the booking is for the whole week (Friday-Thursday)
- Monday at 11.00h if the booking is for a mini-week (Monday-Thursday)
- Monday at 11.00h if the booking is for a full week (Monday-Sunday)
The boarding time must be maintained!!! Embarkation takes place in the port of Česká Vrbná, which is located on the outskirts of České Budějovice and is about 8km from Hluboká nad Vltavou (Areál Lída Polesné, České Vrbné 1995)
Late arrival of the crew may cause longer waiting time for other crews and their individual training. For these purposes, delays within one day are charged at 200 CZK for each hour of the delay. Boarding on a different day after the standard boarding date is charged a flat fee of 1000 CZK due to the increase in organisational and personnel costs. For more information see Terms and Conditions Article I.
Disembarkation:
- Sunday by 15.00h if the booking is for a long weekend (Friday-Sunday)
- Sunday by 15.00h if the booking is for a full week (Monday-Sunday)
- Thursday until 17.00h if the reservation is for the whole week (Friday-Thursday)
- Thursday until 17.00h if the booking is for a mini week (Monday-Thursday)
Payment for fuel: Motor hour (one hour of engine operation) 145 CZK plus the price for the fuel actually consumed (price according to the current price list of Benzina Hluboká nad Vltavou).
Other extra charges not included in the rental price:
- In a standard situation, you will not have to make any other payments apart from the payment for motor hours and fuel consumed and, where applicable, cleaning
- if the vessel is damaged, the damages are covered by the deposit charged according to the actual amount of the damage (see terms and conditions below)
- you have a Port Card on board which is used to pay for electricity and water usage. The daily limit that you can use without paying anything is 50CZK/day. This amount is perfectly sufficient for normal service refills. Refilling the water tank costs 50Kč and you will be provided with 240 water.
- If you exceed the 50Kč/day limit, we will ask you to pay the difference.
Regular Clients: The 5% / 7.5% / 10% discount for regular clients applies to all of our vessels. Please mention the discount code when ordering and you will receive it after logging into your user account on our website. If you don't have it already, please add in the order note the identification of your previous stay, e.g. name of the customer, date,... or send a photo from your holiday and we will deduct the discount afterwards. You can also contact us by e-mail.
Additional services.
Cleaning: not included in the price and will be charged at 1150 CZK
Upon your arrival: Once you arrive at the port of Česká Vrbná, park on the platform by the containers near the static crane. The navigation would take you to the Lída Polesná area where there is a campsite, but on your way to this campsite you will pass the harbour and the unmissable crane where you will park.
Rental staff will be waiting for you at the boat dock. On embarkation, you will receive approximately two hours of training on the use and operation of the boat, try out the gears and try a hands-on drive around the harbour and get a demonstration of the manoeuvring.
After that, the formalities will be handled (protocol of taking over the vessel, deposit) and you can head out on the river :-)
